A couple of months ago, I started to experience some FPS issues while playing League of Legends.
I previously had +144 fps and then one day it went down.
It was not just an instant drop. What's been happening to me is: I start every game with +144 fps and they are progressively going down to 60, 50 or sometimes even less.
I fought with this issue since day 1 until today, when I realize something odd in my Task Bar.
For some reason it says that my RAM speed is only 200 mHz

Even though it obviously seems like something is not right, I've searched for Task Manager's screenshots in google before coming here, and every one of them is showing "correct" speed, like 1333, 1600, etc.
Why my task manager is showing only 200 mHz?
I hope solving this will put an end to all my problems (on FPS in games xD)
