Is this a good build for 1080p @ high settings?

After a lot of experience with old Core 2 Duo dells and low end gaming, I thought it was a good a time as any to build myself a computer from scratch.

I want to be able to play Minecraft with some medium to high end shaders like Chocapic V6 High and SEUS V10.1 Ultra Motion Blur at 1080P 60FPS. Just to add I have a lot of experience with computer hardware like swapping cpus, installing expansion slots, fixing power supply fan etc. I'm not a complete noob at "building" a pc.

Here are the specs I am thinking about. Tell me if anything here can be improved upon.

CPU: Intel Core i3-7100 @ 3.9Ghz Stock
GPU: Gigabyte 1050 Ti 4GB Windforce OC
RAM: 1x8GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDRr @ 2133Mhz (Planning to upgrade to 16GB with a secondary stick when I need it.)
Mobo: Gigabyte H110M-A LGA 1151
Storage: WD 1TB Caviar Black + Sandisk 60GB SSD (Both used and got for free from a friend.)
PSU: EVGA 600W Bronze 80+
Case: Rosewill Tyrfing ATX Mid-Tower

Current Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo e8400 @ 3Ghz Stock
GPU: Dell Radeon HD 6450 1GB (Horrible I know)
RAM: 2x2GB Corsair Value-Select DDR2 @ 667Mhz + 2x1GB Dell OEM DDR2 @ 667Mhz
Mobo: Dell Q35 LGA775 OEM
Storage: WD 1TB Caviar Black + 60GB Sandisk SSD (Same ones as above, I am reusing my old drives)
PSU: Dell 275W OEM
Case: Dell OptiPlex 755 Mini-Tower BTX

Both the machines are/will be running Windows 10 Pro.
Tell me if you need any more information.

Solution
motherboard needs bios update before accepting kaby lake cpu ( better look for B250 chipset)
Also i prefer pentium g4560 over i7 7100 ( cheaper and not much difference in performance)
also you can save from psu ( a 450 watt one will do the job)

What about the Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H?

And about the power supply I will be planning to install 2 640GB drives in RAID 1 for a safe file storage folder and another 1TB for overflow. I also eventually want to upgrade to a GTX 1060 3GB when the 1050 Ti doesen't cut it. I originally thought the 650 would not only handle the above better but also I heard power supply output wattage decreases over time as the hardware degrades. I will probably be using this computer for a good 5-6 years. Not planning on building a new one anytime soon.
