MSI gtx 1070 gaming x with a cx 500

Hey guys, I was in market for a new GPU i wanted to know if i could run the MSI gtx 1070 gaming x edition with my current PSU, the corsair CX500.
My current specs are
CPU - i7 7700K
RAM - corsair vengeance LPX 2400mhz (8gb x 2)
Motherboard - MSI Z170A pc mate
HDD - WD 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD - sandisk 120gb
PSU - corsair CX500 80+ bronze

Yeah, you can, although that's not the highest quality unit in the world. How much is the GTX 1070 as opposed to the 1080 where you live? Because in the US, unless you're mining, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to buy it.

Also I wanted to ask, with my current build how powerful of a GPU can I use (in terms of power consumption)

. How much is the GTX 1070 as opposed to the 1080 where you live?

In my country the price gap is significant between the two cards. I was anyway thinking of buying a use card for cheap as the prices for new ones are ridiculously high
