So I just installed a new motherboard and cpu. 78LMT-USB and Fx6300.

I have tried removing either of my 2 sticks of ram.
Safe mode doesn't boot.
Tried everything in f8 menu.
Bios is not overclocking.
CPU is at 42 degrees.
Startup repair fails or doesn't load whatsoever.
Removed all USB devices.

I don't have a disk drive nor do I have access to a second computer to reinstall windows.

Any ideas?

Take the Graphics card out and try and run it on one stick of RAM alone. This is really a large kind of trial and error. It could be component oriented. Like the chipset on the new board being faulty. I would take the card out and try to boot it with on board graphics and see how you get on. If that doesn't work do you still have your old motherboard? You could try it with that just to make sure the Power Supply Unit is working fine. Also try the other stick of RAM if the first one doesn't work. Again without the GPU.

It's a tricky one. Some bare bones testing will help I think though...

hopefully, this link will help you out.
