Gpu No Signal

I have a gtx 960,that I get it from a friend.He was working good,but in one day my brother come and replace my gpu and when he put my gtx back,the pc was ON,and now my Gpu is not working,the light show that he have enough power.I try with other gpu and its working.I want to know if the gtx 960 is dead or I can do something to reapir it.Thanks

I don't think the GTX 960 is dead, maybe it just need some adjustments, just to make it clear:
You had an certain GPU, that was working normally, you changed it for the GTX960, when you turn on your PC with the GTX960, the monitor has signal but it doesn't show image, is that what is happening? If so, probably some kind of driver or resolution incompatibility.
With the GPU that's working, turn on the computer and uninstall all graphics cards drivers, than change the GPU for the GTX960 and turn on the computer normally, it should work.
Make sure ALL graphics cards are uninstalled before inserting the GTX960, or it will result in the same problem.

The gtx 960 was my first gpu,i have played on it,but now its not working any more,i uninstall all drivers,i think is not working any more because my brother has put the gpu in my pc when he was ON.

Look dude, that's literally something that I've never seen before. The slots of the GPU gives 75 volts to the card, and there's was nothing there while the PC was on and than the GPU was inserted, probably some kind of electricity problem did that to your GPU l, and I don't see any fix to that.
