Hello
As the title says the computer boots up however, it will attempt to run Windows but as soon as it does the logo will freeze mid way and then the system immediately shuts down and restarts. This is a new build and I haven't been able to actually get into the system at all as of yet. One issue that adds to this is the fact that the mouse and keyboard both stop working as soon as either windows boots (I see the LED's all go out) or when I attempt to run Startup Repair (though they both work in BIOS). I can't attempt to go into safe mode as the computer only gives me 2 options: start windows normally or launch startup repair.
I have attempted to reinstall Windows 7 so that I could maybe see if that solved the issue however, once again, the keyboard and mouse turn of at this stage. I did put the HDD in another keyboard and reinstall Windows and attempted to use it with a fresh install however, the issues remains.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
