Would a gpu be too close to bottom of case?

Solution
You can check the website for your case. It should list the supported graphics card dimensions. Otherwise you can measure the area for the GPU. Measure the length from the external expansion slot along the PCI Express x 16 slot to the nearest case obstruction (length). Do the same from the top of the PCI Express x 16 slot on the motherboard to the nearest case obstruction (height). Then compare those dimensions to your graphics card.

I can only put a 80mm fan on the back panel and theres a big vent on the side of the case, but
I think I can put a 120mm fan in it

if the case doesn't have a place to mount a fan in the front, then the 120mm fan on the left panel would help alot

the problem is that your pc is prebuilt, the psu usually us just cheap and bad

the gpu you mention will ask for a good psu, that probably you don't have

The card you linked will work just fine and it really should have plenty of clearance but like was mentioned, you may need to check your power supply to be sure that it can supply enough clean power.
