Hello everyone!

I am new in this forum, but usually I have read tons of topics from here and you guys helped me a lot so far.
Anyway I am stuck in a bad situation that I cannot seem to find any answer by myself - I got a brand new PC and cannot seem to get the best of it safely(I have feeling that it's performing like my old one with few fps above).
The PC specs are:

CPU: i7-7700К
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
Video: ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
Memory: 1x16GB 2133 MHz DDR4

With those specs I run overwatch on ~140fps with some FPS drops and I am not sure if this is OK.
The guys that I've bought the computer made some BIOS setup(I am not sure what should I check there).

Could you please advise if i should restore the default BIOS settings and put something specific? I guess that this isn't something straightforward, but any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

If you need any other information I'll be happy to share.

Solution
No, it's not a good idea to reset CMOS, at best it wouldn't do anything and at worst it may make it worse. What you might do is to study MB manual and see if there's some setting for automatic OC or automatic performance bias. Most of new MBs have things like that.

Okay, so - is it a good idea to reset the BIOS settings?
I forgot to mention that with every software that i've used I wasn't able to see what is bottlenecking the PC, nothing was running overheated, or at 100%.
