I will buy soon ryzen 5 1600 and I want to oc the cpu + I need to know waht ram should I get for this mobo and cpu cooler I need 16gb of ram !

Those coolers are awful value.
Don't get a 1600 or 1600X and cooler, at that stage you can just get a 1700.

Your link doesn't work and the 1600 comes with a stock cooler that can gets you 3.7~3.8Ghz overclock.

The Wraith that comes with the 1600 is about an equal to the old CM212 so takes a pretty good cooler to step up. The Cryorig H5 should get about another 200~250Mhz to get near Ryzens max of 4Ghz.
