Gaming computer for or under 800 dollars

Hey guys I'm looking for the best possible gaming computer I can make for 800 dollars or under I can also sacrifice having an ssd for a little if that will save money without hindering performance I mostly play world of Warcraft and would like to stream but would like a computer that can run other games aswell like pub g and overwatch

@chugalug Sorry your getting hassle. I know we don't always agree (usually we do) but your a great asset to the Tom's community. I know I can get off on tangents sometimes when it comes to hardware myself.
