Should i buy rx 560 4gig or maybe rx 460

Also i have 8gb memory and 500w psu

And im using 720p monitor so

What is the best card should i buy

The 1050 is the better buy assuming they are the same price. A faster CPU will churn our more FPS with the same GPU but not by a lot in the case of either GPU.
