Initialization problem 4tb hdd and old bios

hi,
i have:
windows 7(64bit)
4tb hdd (brand new)
very old bios,very old mb
Problem: Unable to intialize disk because of I/O error(acc to windows diskmgmt and diskpart).I cant even use 2 tb of it.
Tried:Windows disk management,EaseUS Partition Master,seagate disk wizard and Mini tool.

Try cleaning the drive with diskpart,
then initialize to GPT with Disk Management.

Also - could you post screenshot from Hdtune health?

thanks,i tried everything from diskpart to window management,ease us part M,minitool,seatools etc etc.
and finally i returned it.It was a bad drive(minitool said),seatool also said that it failed few basic tests,then i talked to seagate and they said return it.thanks.

As u r motherboard master can u tell me this plz.
I had problem with my ryzen board so i had to return it.Now i m left with a "Dual core" + "Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L".I have a 1080ti asus strix and cooler master v1000 sitting free.If i use this 1000w supply.
Is its a good idea to attach my asus 1080ti with this "Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L" board.
**AND YA I KNW I CANT PLAY GAMES AS PROCESSOR IS REALLY WEAK**.but i have a relative(kid),he wanna play
GOTHIC 3.So.....
Board spec says:
1 x PCI Express x16 slot (**Gen is not clear,probably 1)
1 x PCI Express x1 slot (Gen is not clear,probably 1)
2 x PCI slots (Gen is not clear,probably 1).

There are always possible problems, when combining old and new tech.
But it should work.

What's the model name of that Dual core cpu? It's going to cause massive bottle-necking most likely.
