Solution
So here is my concerns:

First and foremost PSU is not very good, the one suggested by Isokolon is good, or any other seasonic for that matter. EVGA G2/G3/GQ are also very good. If not in USA than SuperFlower is also top notch.

SSD drive is crappy. Spend the extra few bucks for a samsung or crucial. All the budget drives right now use Toshiba 3D TLC and this one of kingston will barley be faster than a magnetic hard drive.

That AIO water cooler is really going to perform no better than a good air cooler.
If you plan on doing mild overclock then the stock Wraith Spire is fine, for a higher overclock than get something like a cryorig or coolermaster 212 evo.

Only other thing to say is to ditch the wifi card. If you cant use hard wired ethernet than av1000 or better powerline adapter will be much better for gaming.
