Cannot connect to this network.

I've been getting this "cannot connect to this network" issue on 2 different devices and about 3 different wifis. I'm using my laptop and my pc which neither would connect to any WiFi (my printer, home WiFi or my mobile hotspot ) WHAT IS GOING ON ?? Thai is driving me insane , someone please help ...

You say you get that message on 2 devices and 3 different wifi networks?

So what is the second device?
Can other devices connect to your home wifi network?

Yes , I get it on 2 devices ,a laptop and a pc. I've tried 3 networks no just my home WiFi. My phone has no problem connecting ...
