i5 6600k + GTX 1060 3gb + 8gb DDR4 ram, low fps!!!

Hey guys, I have recently upgraded my rig. I spent over £350 to get all this hardware and It seems to make little or no difference to the frames I run at... Any help?
Specs:
Geforce gtx 1060 3gb
Intel i5-6600k @ 3.5 GHZ
8gb DDR4 Ram

Upgraded from what?
No difference in any games or do you only play one game and that one happens not to show any difference?
Also what monitor do you have? Is it running at 60Hz and are you using Vsync?

Im using a 60hz moniter with no vsync. There is a large difference in lots of games, but in H1Z1 KOTK it seems to make none...

Even when using all settings as 'Low', it is around 50fps...

Hello
Ive recently upgraded my rig. I have looked at many videos and benchmarks, and i should be getting more fps!

Setup:

I5 6600K @ 3.5ghz
B150m pro gaming mobo
Evga gtx 1060 3gb
8gb RAM @ 2400

Fps in games:

H1Z1 KOTK: 50-60 (low settings)
PUBG: 60-70 (low settings)
GTA V: 60 (Very high - Ultra)

this is a big problem as i have spent alot of money on my new hardware with little impacts to performance

*GTA V is an example of a game which has improved performance*

All help appreciated!
