Graphic bug need help

Can someone help me on this? My Playerunknown game crashed today and i tried to go back but it crashed and then came black screen i booted PC "repairing drive". When PC was started i went to cs and suddenly there came strange black lines all over to map. I tried play h1z1 too and those lines comes there too. I link video what it looks like. Sorry for my bad english.

I removed latest drivers and downloaded old drivers. Not working. Not overclocked.

I have Nvidia 1070 and i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz Windows 10

Did you tried DDU ? for a complete uninstall of your Graphics Card driver, if not, please try that to completely remove your video driver and then reinstall it again using Gforce Experience.

Have you tried a different video output on your VideoCard to display image on monitor and vice versa? If not try that as well...

As for last instance try to find a different video cable and see if it works.
