My first issue is that the MOB only powers when the 24pin is partially inserted, when fully inserted nothing happens.
But when it's partially inserted my second problem occurs. The PSU fan spins very slowly kind of like start then stop, the CPU fan spins and the EZ Debug lights all flash.
First the CPU light flashes then the other three all flash at the same time.
I hope someone can help me this is my first build and I'm deeply upset about it not working.
I have ordered a new PSU to see if it's the PSU that isn't working. I have also read around on here that i have to update the BIOS but I have no idea on how to do that since this is my first PC build.
