well as the tittle says i want to replace my PSU with a new one, will it fit?, and if it does fit will the cables be the same?. my motherboard is an dell OHN7XN , and my current supplier is an DPS-235DB, im new with PCs and i might explain things wrong sorry . i searched a little bit more and found that it doesn't fit thanks.

Never heard of that psu before, stay clear from such psu's... better invest in seasonic, corsair or cooler master.. This will easily fit your case:
