Solution
G4560 comes with a perfectly adequate cooler.
The 92mm fan may spin up and get noisy under load, but it will do the job.
Your case has nice airflow and will cause you no problems.

G4560 is a very appropriate cpu for a GTX1050ti.

Unless your GTX1050ti is a heavily overclocked version needing a 6 pin aux pcie power lead, a 300w psu is sufficient.
That said, I would look toward something in the 500-650w range to allow for a future graphics card upgrade.
A psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of its max capability.
Buy only a tier 1 or 2 quality unit.
Seasonic is always good. S12II 520/620w seems to be on sale
Look for seasonic
