First time builder installing the AMD FX 8350 fan. I finally got the metal side clamps both attached after applying what seemed like way too much pressure. And then, as I am trying to "flip" the lever to fully tighten it, it seems the plastic is very stressed and wants to break. How essential is it to flip the lever once both metal clamps are both secured?
