You won't need watercooling for the gpu or cpu. You may as well save some money and buy an air cooler for your cpu.

I edited your build a little. The toughpower grand rgb psu isn't likely the best, rgb psu's are a little new and I wouldn't trust them just yet.

I'm not so sure about your ram choice, but if you insist on those I kept them in there despite their insane price just for rgb..
