The 7700k is currently the best gaming chip. If 7700k gives you 135fps for 3yrs, the 1600 will give you 105fps for 5yrs.
The 6800k you have listed above falls in between the two of them, but its a older platform.
If buying today, i would go for the Ryzen build. Or if you can wait a few more months, Intel is launching their 6 core Coffee Lake mainstream processors with higher speeds which should be better than all of these.
