I just bought a SSD and made a clean Windows 7 installation...I had a Home Premium 64bit Win7 key so i installed that one...Now the problem is tho, i cant install Drivers that came with my hardware's support DVDs...Nor can i install any drivers from the motherboard's site...I tried both 32bit and 64bit drivers and both says its incompatible with my system...

Tried downloading drivers from this site for 64 bit, didnt work and tried with 32 bit after that which also didnt work...(https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H170M-PLUS/HelpDesk_Download/ )

now i have no idea what to do or what the problem even is

Can you pull up "Device Manager" and send a screenshot of that. I'm curious to see if there are any other drivers that are missing. If so, I would recommend installing "Snappy Driver Installer" to resolve any missing driver issues.

From that screenshot of device manager, Windows does not see any missing or disabled drivers. I am unsure why it will not let you install them with the disc, is there any issue that you are running into that requires the driver from the disc? For example, if you didn't install the driver from the disc, is there something that does not work?
