Whenever I try to play a game such as Dark Souls or Black Desert Online my computer will freeze and my screen turns two random solid colors. I have had my 1050ti for since April 2017 is would it be the card or do I need to replace something else?

If this helps here is the DxDiag,

Thank you

You are still in warranty period.

Check GPU temps. If overheating then make sure fan is turning and blow the dust out of the GPU heatsink/fan assembly.

I'd do a clean uninstall of all video drivers and related software then install current drivers from nvidia.

IF it still fails then I'd uninstall again, then load an OLD driver fron the nvidia site. They have them out there. Pick one from 3-6 months ago.

If it still failed I'd get the card replaced on warranty.

If you wanted to you could try UNDER clocking the video card using MSI Afterburner or equivalent. Set memory and GPU speed down about 20% and see if the screen freeze problem goes away. Not sure this is really helpful though since you will want to get the card replaced...

good luck.

(The screen artifacts started in games in 3D mode and not in 2D desktop makes me think it's not the cable or monitor).
