Recently i have started getting very low fps in all games (20-40) that used to run smoothly at 100+. I havent changed anything on the computer and now my games are unplayable such as CSGO and LoL.
Specs:
AMD A8 7600 (3.1GHZ)
Nvidia gtx 1050
8gb ram
The games used to work with no issue on max setting and now they simpley lag and drop frames
Any help?

I think I know your problem. Go to your Nvidia control pannel then 3D settings>Manage 3D settings>Preferred graphics processor: Nvidia processor. I think what happened is that after a cs:go update it automaticly switched to your integrated graphics from your processor.
Yup the blackviper changes should reduce any update impacts on the OS side. Could be the RAM has been filled due to windows updates. CSGO lives in RAM so need to free up as much as possible.

In the number 4 launch options to make better use and config player model eyes to increase performance. They have goggles so the eyes are just a waste.
cl_disablehtmlmotd "1" // Disables The Servers Message of The Day.
cl_forcepreload "1" // Preloads The Whole Map & Sounds.
fps_max "300" // You Choose, i Use 999.
mat_queue_mode "2" // Forcing Your CPU To Use Multi-Threaded Mode.
r_drawtracers_firstperson "0" // Firstperson Tracers OFF.
r_eyegloss "0" // No Makeup.
r_eyemove "0" // No Eye Movement.
r_eyeshift_x "0" // No Eye Movement X-Angel.
r_eyeshift_y "0" // No Eye Movement Y-Angel.
r_eyeshift_z "0" // No Eye Movement Z-Angel.
r_eyesize "0" // Smaller Eyes.

Also optimize steams settings by reducing friends and ingame settings.
