Instead of getting a full-blown watercooling loop, I want to get 2x watercooling brackets for my asus strix 980 ti OC's. I already have my i7-6700 being watercooled with a corsair hydro series liquid cpu cooler(I forgot which one it is). So, i was thinking of getting 2 watercooling brackets to cool down my gpu's since they are thermal throttling(i can't undervolt them to cool them down because I need silence since i'm a youtuber and loud fans are a no-go). Cleaning my gpu's, switching them around, etc haven't worked; I have 6 fans cooling down everything in my pc, so the next logical step is getting them watercooled.
----------------
I looked around online for hours and I couldn't find a watercooling bracket that actually says that it's for the asus strix 980 ti. I looked at the Kraken G10 and it doesn't say that I can use on my specific gpu's. Can anyone direct me to any watercooling gpu brackets for my specific GPU's and suggest a good liquid cooler that I can get for these hot running GPU's? Thanks!
P.S. The case I have is: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Airflow Edition, Full Tower ATX Case

I'm not going to buy waterblocks because I prefer to just buy closed loops and attach them to my gpu's. Using waterblocks would lead me to needing to spend at the very very least $300, etc. I'm thinking of using the Kraken g12 and a couple of corsair h55 liquid cpu coolers for my gpu's; that would cost me $160 total. I just need confirmation that the kraken g12 or another gpu bracket will fit my specific card please! :)

My gpu's are both going to 92 degrees celsius; I read that thermal throttling happens around 86 degrees celsius for my gpu's. I used valley benchmark and hwmonitor/aida64 extreme edition, respectively, to monitor the fps. My fps is halved each time one of the gpu's gets to 86 degrees celsius. I end up going from 60fps in 4k to 15-20fps. I repeated the tests numerous times and the fps cut happens exactly at 86 degrees celsius again and again.
I don't have alot of money to spend on watercooling; my plan is to use some gpu brackets and cpu watercoolers for some cheap and effective gpu cooling. I read that I can expect 60 degrees celsius on my gpu's with this method and that's perfectly fine for me. I just need someone to verify that I can use the kraken g12 or some other gpu bracket for my specific gpu's please :)

You have bigger issues, then. If your GPUs are hitting that temp, you have very poor case airflow. Here is a test to check.

Remove the side panel of your case. Use a box fan or desk fan at the highest setting and blow air into your case while you re-create the loads you normally see.

If you no longer have the thermal issue, you have a case airflow issue and should address this.

If you still continue to have thermal issues, you need to address hardware issues, such as your GPU fans are clogged with dust or not functional.

Simply relocating the thermal issue by adding a closed loop cooler still may not solve your issue if the coolers are not properly exchanging with cool, external air.

My motherboard just broke yesterday and I just sent it in to asus; I won't be able to do that for a little while but I have a question about my airflow. If you look up my case: "Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Airflow Edition, Full Tower ATX Case" I have 3 fans in the front that are bringing in air, 2 fans on top exhausting air and the fan on the back of the case is also exhausting air. I thought that equal fans bringing in air and pushing out air would be perfect. They're all noctua, either 120mm or 140mm. 2 exhausting fan are going through a radiator for my liquid cpu cooler but I wouldn't think that it would affect the airflow alot or if any at all. The gpu's air coolers both have 3 fans running which can get really loud; I really want to change the gpu's air coolers out for a closed loop because I can cool them each with 2 noctua fans in push pull configuration and it'll be alot quieter and the gpu's temps would supposedly go down to manageable levels. Do you see any problems with my airflow now or my airflow plan? No one has said otherwise so I've never thought I had a problem; now i'm thinking that I have a serious problem.
P.S. my fans max rpm's get to either 1300rpm or 1500rpm for the 120mm and 140mm fans.
