Upgrade or sell PC?

Hello. So recently I'm getting paid $750 and I wanted to know if I should use the money and upgrade my current build, or sell my PC and use the extra money for a better one?
My PC
I7 2600
8gb ram
Gtx 1050ti

I think you should probably sell the one you currently have, because you could probably get a few extra bucks outta that, and build a new one. You should get maybe a better CPU and a gtx 1070. Also upgrade your RAM to 16 GB if you have the money.
