Fan setup question

I just got an h100i v2 and put it on top as exhaust and have 2 140mm intakes and one 140mm side intake. The h100i is set up with fans on the case then the rad exhausting out of the case.

Should my rear 140mm fan be intake or exhaust?

set its as exhaust, pulling extra heat away from the VRM area and CPU area and throwing it out the back.
