Low Memory warning when using only 60% of my total RAM?

When trying to livestream rust my computer kept giving me low memory errors and just eventually thought it would just close the game on its own, which is really annoying me since I have 16GB of ram and windows recognises it too. I ran a memtest to see if my added stick of 8GB was causing issues but after 2 passes 0 errors. I'm on windows 10 creators update after a fresh re-install about a week ago. Please could someone help me find out what on earth is going on its extremely frustrating me as this should not be happening at all.

That's how virtual memory in windows works. If you disable pagefile, you run into all kinds of problems.

You should set pagefile to small size and with ability to grow if necessary.
Then monitor size of the pagefile and set it to max size it ever grows.

I turned my pagefile off completely since im running off an SSD, and my pagefile was being used during games when it shouldn't be as I have like 8-6GB RAM available during gaming if not more. I've since bumped it up to 1024MB-2048MB and theres been no issues however I dont understand why pagefile has to be enabled if I have plenty of RAM available. I just disabled the pagefile since I've heard its bad for SSD's, but since I re-enabled it I've not ran into anymore issues with regards to low RAM errors.
