Got a Corsair H60 liquid about 1 week ago along with other new parts, my build looks like this:
Intel i7-7700k Quad-Core @ 4.20 GHz
nVidia EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SSC ACX 2.0+ 4GB
MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard
EVGA 600W Bronze PSU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 @3200MHz RAM
NZXT Phantom Full Tower
WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM x2
Windows 10 x64
The day that I put in the H60, my idle temps were 20-ish. Now my idle is 40 +/- 5 Celsius, and 85 under full load (Prime95). I tried several suggestions, including washers (I only had two so I put one in the top right and one in the bottom left of the backplate), pushing down on the pump to see if it helps (it didn't), reseated the pump, set the pump to manual (DC) input and its going at 4400 RPM. The pump is plugged into the PUMP_FAN1 header and the fan is plugged into the CPU_FAN1 header. Anyone have any other suggestions on what to do? Thank you for your time!
