Intel Pentium G645 can support GeForce GT 730 2gb 128 bit ddr3

Solution
You will first need to unscrew the full-height bracket and fit the new low-profile bracket. Once done you will be able to install the GPU in the PCIe slot. The case's side panel will be able to close provided you have done the above correctly.

The G645 http://ark.intel.com/products/69116/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G645-3M-Cache-2_90-GHz is a CPU, and is not a component that limits what GPU you can use.

Your "body" case, or in this instance, your SFF (Small Form Factor) Case certainly limits what GPU you can use. You will need to purchase a SFF GPU bracket in order to fit the GT730 into your system. Something like this:

EDIT: Also make sure that the GT730 that you purchase is a low profile card and can accommodate the SFF GPU bracket.

Low profile cards are smaller graphics cards that are designed to fit into smaller cases like your PC.

So it means this card can be fit in my pc's body. And how to set up that profile thingy? What's it's name so I can buy.

And how can we close the pc with it's door. Don't you think it won't allow me to close door?
