Try manual and set the timings yourself if needed. You need to know the timings of your ram, as well as the voltage. Which Corsair ram is it? Start by using the ones chosen by XMP (11-11-11-30-2T) Also, task manager shows you are having more than 4 gb of paging file...

My processor is Intel® Core™ i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz

Yes. I have enabled the XMP profile i.e. 12:1600 in the bios but I still see 1333Mhz in Windows task manager.

Should I set a manual profile?

Please guide me.

Start by using the ones chosen by XMP (11-11-11-30-2T) Also, task manager shows you are having more than 4 gb of paging file size which can get you into trouble when you are exceeding your 16 gb of ram and then fall to the virtual memory of 4 gb (rare but could happen)
