Corsair 2 x 8 GB 1600 Mhz is running at 1333Mhz

I have two 8GB corsiar vengeance installed on my Intel DH77EB motherboard with i5 3570k.

I have changed the speed from 1333Mhz to 1600Mhz in the bios. But it still shows 1333Mhz in Windows.

What is your processor? Cpu-Z shows 1600 mhz (DDR=double data rate= 2x799= 1600), but i guess that your true frequency is 1333 mhz as shown from windows task manager.
If your ram is xmp compatible, enable the XMP profile.

Yes. I have enabled the XMP profile i.e. 12:1600 in the bios but I still see 1333Mhz in Windows task manager.

Should I set a manual profile?

Please guide me.

Try manual and set the timings yourself if needed. You need to know the timings of your ram, as well as the voltage. Which Corsair ram is it? Start by using the ones chosen by XMP (11-11-11-30-2T) Also, task manager shows you are having more than 4 gb of paging file size which can get you into trouble when you are exceeding your 16 gb of ram and then fall to the virtual memory of 4 gb (rare but could happen)

I think CPU-Z is correct. Windows Task Manager can often report incorrect values (at least for me).
