Hello, I am really confused, I wanna buy a cpu that has 152.3 mm height and a pc case that supports a cpu cooler up to 155 mm height , will it fit?

yes it will fit
I have CM690III which has Max CPu height of 171MM and i bought CPU cooler MasterAir Maker 8 Which has a Height of 172MM and it fit still there is 2-3 mm gap or maybe more :)
