I'm afraid you can't, if it was Rust Legacy maybe you could but not the new Rust, even good computers from nowadays struggle to run the game on Max settings, and sorry to say but sadly your Video Card and CPU is far behind from so many good ones out there, with this rig you could maybe run games from 2000 to 2012 but not 2013 ~ 2017 games with graphics that heavily rely on both CPU and GPU to run at a decent fps rate... and the new rust is one of those games..

Any computer with at least a I3, I5 or I7 Intel CPU, as for Video Card Any NVIDIA GTX 700, 900 or 1000 Series or Any AMD RX 500 Series, for example -

With Any I5 or I7 and a GTX 1060 you could run Rust not on lowest as possible but around Mid To High settings
With Any I5 or I7 and a GTX 1050 you could run on Low to Mid and mix of High settings

Or Any Video Card With 2 to 4 GB of VRAM

Although I really think you should build a PC capable of running any game at decent medium and high settings despite rust so you won't have trouble in case you wanna try something different..
