I have a SATA Samsung hard disc installed in my ASUS motherboard PC but recently the hard disc has been so slow that it takes 30 minutes to even boot up the OS. I have formatted my PC twice thinking it was due to malware or something but the problem still persists. I am 100% sure that my CMOS battery is fine and working but the time is also hampered, each time I switch on my PC. File transfers and installations in this drive are also very slow. If someone could find a solution, I would be grateful for life....
