hey guys will you help me find out what parts of my pc should i upgrade and some recommendations on the model of the parts ( on a tight budget ) .

You will most likely need to upgrade your graphics card or RAM. For the graphics card, I would suggest a GTX 1050 or an RX 560. As for the RAM, I think you would be okay getting another 4gb stick of the kind you already have. The graphics card is the main issue though. Also, make sure your power supply is enough for one of the before mentioned graphics cards.

hi im thinking of buying a gtx 1030 , do u think its a good choice ? . how do i check if my power supply is enough . my max tdp is 54 W .
thanks for bearing with my small knowledge of computer parts :)
