"Reebot and select proper boot device
or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

I try to go into BIOS but my keyboard is unrespobsive.

Sorry for the poor formating im on my phone.

1. Start over, OK?...so that we have a clear picture of your setup and what's going on.

2. Setting aside the Samsung SSD, your PC (desktop? laptop?) is a working machine with a boot drive installed? It boots & functions without problems? If so, OS?

3. Now you say you "installed" a new Samsung SSD. Is this to eventually replace the present boot drive (assuming there is one installed)? Or is the Samsung designed to be a SECONDARY drive in the system?

4. Assuming you desire the Samsung to be the new (or replacement) boot drive, what are your plans? To fresh-install an OS onto it? Or clone the contents of the existing boot drive (assuming one is installed) to the SSD.

5. Get the point? Provide a clear picture of your present system and...

Very often the instructions to enter BIOS Setup say something like "Press the Del key...." I usually find that merely pressing it does not do the job. I think that is because, in running the POST process, the system does not stop and look at keyboard input a lot of the time, and it just misses the keypress. So I am in the habit: right after pushing the On button, I HOLD DOWN the "Del" key (or whatever key is needed) until the first BIOS Setup screen appears.
