Hello, I had a problem running Assassin's Creed Syndicate so i bought 8GB ram and i have 12GB ram in total, but Assassins creed still lags.

my specs are

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8300 Eight-Core Processor 3.30GHz
Ram: 12GB
System type: 64-bit
Graphics card: MSI Geforce GT 730 4GB DDR3

My game settings are on low and it still lags no matter what i do, WWE 2K17 lags aswell and GTA5 only runs on medium settings. Is there something wrong with my PC? All my drivers are up to date.

I am sorry to break it to you but you don't have good specs. Your RAM is good but the CPU and GPU are mediocre at best.

Firstly CPU intensive games like the GTAV would benefit from a better newer CPU like Ryzen or i5/i7 7th gen icores.

Secondly your GPU is for WORK related use and not games. GT cards are for everyday usage while GTX are for games.

So, to conclude... You need a whole system upgrade so you can play newer games at decent fps in high/ultra settings.

Unfortunately, these are fairly entry-level specs. A GT 730 is only suitable for very light gaming and if you have the GDDR3 memory, you actually have the slower version of it - it actually struggles against mainstream GPUs from 2010 or so. If GTA V is playable at medium settings for you, you're definitely ahead of the game - that's better than I would have expected.

I have to agree with the responses above. The most cost effective solution would be to replace your GT 730 with a GTX 1050ti or gtx 1060 depending on your budget. This will make an incredible difference in your gaming experience.
