The P8P67 Pro is a higher-end but older board. It's better suited for overclocking, but lacks a few newer features like native USB3.0 (it still has USB3.0 ports, but not native and thus typically with worse performance).

Edit: Oh and if you go with the P8P67 Pro, make sure you have a dedicated GPU. It doesn't allow you to use the integrated GPU.
