AMD Wraith Stealth CPU Cooler noise levels?

Does anyone have Ryzen 5 1400 CPU with stock cooler? If yes, how loud it gets, can you hear it in idle/load? AMD says max 28 db, but doesn't tell anything about measuring distance.

All of the Wraith coolers are pretty quiet, with the Wraith Max being 38 db at full load. I doubt a Wraith Stealth goes higher than 30-35. Of course if you're slamming your ear against it you'll hear it, but I doubt you'll hear much at, say, 2-3 feet from the PC.
