Dirt 4 on i3 3217u

So i have i3 3217u and gt 740m i can run dirt rally with no problem on medium to high. could i get atleast 30 fps on dirt 4?

I have both games. D4 is a modified version of the Rally graphics engine and is a little more taxing on the GPU. Assume about a 15-20% loss in FPS from what you were getting on Rally. Personally, I am NOT impressed with D4's graphics considering the hit in performance and the cars handle different. I do however like the fact they brought buggies and trucks back like Dirt 3. Those are fun.
