i had 2x2 = 4gb on 2 sticks had 2 sticks left so I went and bought a 4gb (all same bus speed 1333) today and plugged it in and every time I plug that in my pc wont start if I open it pc starts just fine with the old ones. Even if i only plug in the new one it doesn't work and I tried opening the cmos battery and everything. What do I do?

AMI and DELL bios both are RAM so try swapping out 1 stick of RAM. See which one if either works. If both doesn't work then its not the RAM.
