My PC sometimes crashes into a grey screen with a loud buzzing noise when I play certain games. This forces me to use the button at the back of my pc which completely disconnects it from the power.

The crash occurs when I play games like GTA V on max settings, but what i find strange about this is it crashes when I play games like "Calm Down Stalin" which my pc can easily run, there are no dips in framerate its just an instant crash. Here are my components:
AMD RADEON RX 480 8GB
Intel Core i3 7100 3.9 GHz
8 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
Corsair 550 Watt VS550 ATX
MSI H110M PRO VD Micro ATX
I use an adapter since my motherboard doesnt have a HDMI port, but my monitor has a HDMI port, I also use the trial version of windows.
Another reason why I find this strange is because I can play games like StarCraft 2 at max settings and it doesn't crash. I checked my GPU and CPU temperatures during long gaming sessions and the temperatures are stable. I am thinking of resetting my system and reinstalling everything.
Edited: I don't know if my CPU is lowering my GPU's performance.

Solution
The buzzing sound is your CPU overheating
Try these:

Re-install all graphic drivers

Is your power supply giving enough power?

If you have multiple RAM sticks, try taking all but one out, if problem continues, try with another ram stick.

If still its not fixed, you need to reinstall windows, sorry to say.

The buzzing noise comes out of my headset and not the CPU itself, I'm not sure if I stated, but I checked my temperature's and they were fine.
I built my PC on a website which displayed how much power it needs, it said 400 Watts so I took 450.
I tried swapping my ram stick before and it didn't fix the problem, but I will try your solutions today.

I only have 1 RAM stick, my temps are 60-75 Degree, it goes to 79 when I play intensive games

Yes the noise comes out of your headset when the CPU overload's / heat's. That has happened to me alot.
Try my solutions. Its not that your CPU would heat alot, its just the load on it
