I have this USB mass storage device that i've been using for a couple of years for important backups, but suddenly it isn't working anymore: it shows up on the Device Manager, but not in the Disk Management panel.
I've tried to re-install the driver, but it's still not working.
is there a way to save my data? i've got really important work stuff on it that i can't lose
