I've recently built a new pc .And the specs are:
CPU:i5-4460 3.2Ghz
GPU: GTX 970 Windforce Edition 4gb OC
RAM:16gb ddr3 kingston
I connect the pc to the monitor via HDMI to VGA converter ,because I have a monitor which supports only vga cable
So my question is : Is it a graphics card issue ,monitor issue ,or converter issue??
A fast response would be much appreciated.Help PLZ!!!
