I just installed a new graphics card and installed the new drivers for it and it seems to work fine in games, but when I try to launch nvidia control panel it just says not responding and when I searched for it in files all that comes up is a shortcut and something called "NameSpace_Classic_{0bbca823-e77d-419e-9a44-5adec2c8eeb0}" which has a type of setting content and is just 2KB in size. Can anyone help? Thanks.
