If it would be installed you could check it from the pc.
But I found out that it seems to be this one:

I ran the code on it. It seems like its meant for servers, I personally would buy a processor for gaming. But if you dont have high-end PC with already good stuff in it, sure you could build a PC using that. Give it a try if you want!
BTW, if you found it from some weird place I wouldnt trust it. But it was launched in 2009 so its not that old
