What processor + motherboard should I choose?

I got a asus geforce gtx 1060 6gb graphics card and 8 GB ddr3 ram which I want a motherboard and processor for like maximum
600$/520€/465£ but preferably less, any ideas on what to buy?

DDR3 limits you to older generation FX seris AMD ot I5/I7 1150/2011 and such series
the good news a I7-4790K/Motherboard can be found all over the place and it still performs as well as an i7-6500K
price wise will be what used market offers. CPu runs about 275 + 125 for motherboard. so about 400-450

for 600$/500Quid well you can have
