Can windows 10 stream its screen and audio over wifi?

Basic summary, my house doesn't carry audio well, so even at max volume, you can't hear what's playing from the next room. I'm looking for a free program that will at least let audio play on my phone or tablet from the other room while I'm cooking or doing dishes, but I don't want to take either from the living room where we are watching either netflix, youtube, or a movie on VLC player. Is there a program that will screen share that screen with a tablet, as well as broadcast audio, so we can watch the same show from different rooms?

it will depend what kind of tablet you have, but i'm sure there is an app for it.
Teamviewer does it, but over the internet, so there will be a large delay.
screen sharing to your cellphone/tablet isn't that uncommon, so just check out your app store.

Either that, or buy a bluetooth speaker and connect that to your PC.

If you share your hard drive on your desktop on the local network, you can access the files on it from other computers/tablets probably so you can stream the movie from your computer to your tablets video player/VLC or whatever.
