is my GPU dead?

Hi...

With a heavy heart... I think my GPU is dead

I need confirmation that my GPU is dead before I spend a lot of money buying a brand new one...

Note: I do apologize for not putting the actual image on this forum... as it is very hard for me to navigate my computer terrible resolution size without a working GPU and I can't get the image link to work... Please forgive me

What do you guys think? Dead or Nay?

Any suggestions on what kind of card I should get?
I need a strong GPU that is worth the money....

I'm thinking the GTX1060TI?

Have you tried to do anything to fix that? Cleaning? Changing slots? Have you tried inserting another GPU to make sure that's the problem?

Actually... it was plugged at the 1st slot... that's where it died and after countless reboot nothing showed on screen. So I changed it to the bottom slot and I saw all those things in the above images. I currently do not have another GPU to plug in to test... that's why I'm double confirming with you guys

Looks like it is failing. It is a newer card so you may still have a warranty.

If you have onboard video(may have to enable in the bios if you have it), at least you can use that while waiting for a replacement.

Looks like it is failing. Do try and clean up your dust, since dust can kill your hardware.
You have to be unlucky but why risk it.
